Full household and billing control
Full household control. Can manage all settings, members, and features.
Adult
Day-to-day management, without deleting the home
Household management with some restrictions. Cannot delete household or remove admin.
Caregiver
Practical help with agreed limits on settings
Day-to-day management. Can view and update most features but limited settings access.
Member
Own data and clear household visibility
Self-management with household visibility. Can manage own items and view household information.
Junior
Simple, safe, age-appropriate views
Simplified, guided view. Can complete tasks and view relevant information only.

Privacy and security
Budgets, health notes, and documents stay with adults. Juniors never see data they are not ready for — you set the line.
Age-appropriate surfaces
A junior sees a focused, encouraging view. A teen member gets more autonomy. Adults get the full picture. Same app, different room.
Clear responsibility
When everyone knows who can change what, fewer “who deleted that?” moments. Audit logs are there when you need the paper trail.
Everyday collaboration
Carers and members can help without being full admins — groceries, events, and chores, at the level you trust them with.

A high schooler wants to add a study group
They can create and edit their own school events, see the shared household calendar, and suggest times that avoid conflicts. They can't change a parent’s work block or remove someone else’s event.
